Just go to 'Account Information' in the PS App and head to 'Security' to find the password change option. Takes like two minutes!

Open the PS App, go to your Profile, then tap on the three dots in the upper right corner and select 'Account Information.' From there, hit 'Security' and you'll see the option to change your password. Easy peasy!
