PSA: You can't magically boost FPS on a toaster. Upgrade your device if you want those sweet, sweet frames!
Trust me, I changed my FPS cap through the PUBG Mobile settings to 'Extreme' and my gameplay became so much smoother. Just make sure your phone can handle it!
To change your FPS cap in PUBG Mobile, go to Settings > Graphics and adjust the Frame Rate setting to 'Extreme' for the highest cap. Your device also needs good specs to handle this!
