Easy peasy! Just go to Settings > Gameplay > Reticle. You'll find options to change your red dot color there.

Honestly, the default red dot is just fine. Do you really need another color?

In PUBG PC, hit the Esc key, then click on Settings, then Gameplay. Scroll down to the Reticle section, and voil脿, you can tweak the red dot color to your heart's content! Happy hunting!
