Changing your region in Apex Legends on PS4 is pretty straightforward. Just launch the game, then in the main menu, wait for a second or two. A Data Center option should pop up at the bottom of your screen. Hit the button it prompts (usually R3), and you'll see a list of servers with their respective ping and packet loss. Just pick the one you want that's closer to your desired region. Easy peasy!

Actually, I read somewhere that your region is set based on your PSN account's region and can't be changed just like that within the game. Sounds like a bummer.
