Open Fortnite, click the three horizontal lines in the top right corner, go to Settings, and under the Game tab, select your preferred region in the Matchmaking Region section. Easy peasy!

Launch the game, hit the menu button (the three lines), go to Settings, and you'll find the region option under the Game tab. Select your desired region and apply!

Changing regions won't magically make you better at Fortnite, but it can reduce ping!
