You can't change the region on an existing PSN account, but you can create a new one with the desired region. Just make sure to get a valid address from that region when setting it up!

Sadly, PlayStation doesn't allow you to change your region. The best workaround is to create a new PSN account for the region you want.

Once you make a PSN account, you're stuck with that region. The only way around it is to create a new account with the region you need.
