Unfortunately, you can't change the region of your existing PSN account. You'll need to create a new account set to your desired region instead.

To change the region, you'll need to make a new PSN account with the region you want and use that account. It's annoying but that's the only way.

From personal experience, I had to create a new account to switch regions. Took a bit of time, but it worked out fine!
