Easy peasy! Just create a new PSN account from scratch and pick the region you want. Sadly, there ain't no way to change regions on an existing account.

To change the region on your PS5, you'll need to create a new PSN account and select the desired region during setup. It can't be changed on an existing account, so make sure you get it right the first time!

From my personal experience, I had to create a whole new PSN account to switch regions. You can't change it on a current account. Make sure you have a valid address for the region you choose to avoid issues with purchases!
