First-hand experience: Go to the lobby, click the settings icon in the bottom right, select the 'Gameplay' tab, and change your region there. Easy peasy!

Simple! Go to 'Settings' in PUBG, click on 'Region', then select the region you want from the dropdown menu. Done!

Just change your Steam region settings, and that should also change your PUBG region. No joke, it works!
