Actually, you can't change the Resident Representative in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The only way to 'change' it is to delete your island and all the progress (ouch, I know) and start a new game. So, choose wisely when you first pick your island rep!

Sorry to break it to ya, but there's no direct way to change the Resident Representative in Animal Crossing once you've set them up. The game ties the rep to your island's initial creation, so if you're really itching for a change, you basically have to nuke your island and start from scratch. Yeah, it's a pain, but it's also a chance to reimagine your island paradise!

No official method exists for changing your Resident Representative. The game's design locks that choice in at the start. If you're not happy with your current rep, starting over is your only option. Kinda harsh, but it adds to the weight of your initial decisions!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
