Click on the gear icon in the main menu, head to 'Scope' settings, and you'll find options to change the reticle color. Voila!

You can't change the reticle color. Sorry, but customization options are limited.

From my experience, go into 'Settings', then 'Scope' settings. You'll see a list of colors to pick from. Happy sniping!
