From my own experience, just jump into settings, hit the gameplay tab, and you'll spot the reticle settings. Easy as a headshot!

To change your reticle in the PUBG test server, go to the settings menu, click on the gameplay tab, and you should see the reticle settings option. From there, you can customize your reticle to your preference!
