You can also try hitting the Windows key + G to open the Xbox Game Bar, go to audio settings, and switch the output device there. Remember to have Roblox running while you do it!
Honestly, if you just make sure your desired audio device is set as default in your system settings before launching Roblox, it should work fine.
Hot take: Just plug your headphones in or out, and Roblox will usually auto-switch. Simple as that.
