You gotta open the Avatar editor, click the 'Body' tab, pick 'Animations', then select a new pose. Easy peasy!

I had to fiddle with the Avatar Editor for a bit, but you just go to 'Avatar', select 'Animations', then 'Idle' and choose your pose!

Click on Avatar in the sidebar, then use the menu to switch to R6 or R15 and choose a new pose!
