How to change screen size in Terraria on Xbox One

Just adjust your TV settings, not the game. Worked for me!
I had to tweak both my Xbox and TV settings to get it right. Start with the game settings like the first answer says, but if that doesn't fix it entirely, check your TV's aspect ratio and zoom settings.
