Hit Settings, then go to Display & sound, and select the Video output option. From there, you can mess around with the screen resolution and aspect ratio until it looks just right.

Go to Settings > Display & sound > Video output > Calibrate HDTV. Follow the on-screen instructions to adjust the screen size to fit your TV. Easy peasy!
