How to Change Servers in Rise of Kingdoms
Changing servers is a bit tricky. You can't move your existing account to another server. You'll have to start a new game and create a new character in the desired server. Remember to pick your new server wisely!

Hey there! To change servers in Rise of Kingdoms, you need to start a new game on a different server (kingdom). Go to your character profile, hit Settings, then Character Management, and create a new character. Voil脿, you're in a new server!
I've done this before! Just go to Settings, then Character Management, and create a new character on the new server. Simple and easy!
