Changing settings in Palworld is super easy! Just hit ESC on your keyboard if you're playing on PC, or the menu button on your Xbox controller. This will bring up the menu, and from there you can navigate to the 'Settings' option. You'll find different tabs for controlling graphics, sound, gameplay, and controls. Make sure to hit 'Apply' after making your changes!

Had to fiddle around a bit but found it. Press ESC or the menu button on your controller, then go to settings. They've got tabs for everything - even changed my controls to make farming easier.
