From experience, the shoulder swap option is under Settings > Controls, then look for 'Toggle Weapon Aim' or 'Swap Shoulder'. It can really help with your aim!
To change which shoulder you're aiming over, head to your Settings, then Controls, and toggle the 'Swap Shoulders' option. You're welcome!
