To change the sights in War Thunder, go to the Main Menu, click on 'Controls,' and then find the 'Ground Vehicles' tab. From there, you can configure your sight settings to your preference!
Controls > Ground Vehicles. Adjust sights. Done.
Easy peasy! Just head to the Options menu, then Controls, and find 'Tank Aiming' under Ground Vehicles. You'll see the options for sight customization there.
Just go into your settings and go to the 'Ground Vehicles' tab, there you can tinker with the sight adjustments.
