How to Change Sims FreePlay Name
You can change a Sim's name by clicking on the Sim you want to rename, then going to the Sim’s information panel. Tap the pencil icon next to their name and type in the new name!

Just tap the Sim, open their info panel, hit the pencil icon next to their name, and type in the new one. Boom, name changed!
Honestly, why even bother? Just embrace the chaos of accidentally naming your Sim something ridiculous!
