You can change your region in Splatoon 3 by adjusting the region settings on your Nintendo Switch console. Just head to System Settings > Region, and switch to the desired region. Restart your console, and you should be good to go!
Changing the Nintendo Account's region to the desired one is the way to go! Be aware, it'll possibly affect your eShop purchases and subscriptions.
Honestly, just make a new Nintendo Account for the region you want. It's quicker and cleaner!
