Easy peasy! Just log into your Spotify account on the web, head to 'Account Overview,' and click 'Edit Profile.' Update your address there and you're all set!
I recently moved and had to do this – log into your account on Spotify's website, find 'Edit Profile' in your Account Overview, and update your address. Took me like 2 minutes.
Go to your Spotify's Account page on a browser, click 'Profile' and then 'Edit Profile.' Change your address and save. Done!
