Changing your Steam API key is pretty straightforward. First, you gotta log into the Steam website. Then, navigate to the Steam Community Developer section by going to your 'Settings', finding the 'For Developers' tab, and clicking on 'Manage Your Web API Key'. From there, you can revoke your current API Key and create a new one. Just make sure you update your applications with the new key to keep everything running smoothly.

Did this once for a project. Remember to treat your new API key like a secret. Never share it openly, or you might find yourself doing this all over again sooner than you'd like!

Honestly, just delete the old one and make a new one. It's like ripping off a Band-Aid!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
