Honestly, I just keep the default cause I'm lazy. But yeah, Settings > Display for those who actually want to put in the effort.

Changing your Steam Deck's background is pretty straightforward. Just head over to the Settings menu, then select the 'Display' option. From there, you'll see an option to change the wallpaper. Steam Deck allows you to choose from a selection of pre-loaded backgrounds, or you can upload your own image to make it extra personal. Just make sure the image you want to use is saved on your device.

I tried changing mine and ended up sticking with a pic of my dog. Pro tip: Use a high-resolution photo for the best results. The Display settings make it easy.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
