How to Change Steam Deck to Windows
QuestioningVale路7 months agoChanging your Steam Deck to Windows is a bit of a project, but totally doable! First, make sure you've got a USB drive with at least 8GB of space. Then, download the Windows 10 (or 11) ISO file from Microsoft's official website. Next, you'll need to create a bootable Windows installer using this ISO file on your USB drive. Once that's set, plug the USB drive into your Steam Deck, power it up, and immediately press the Volume Down button to enter the Boot Manager. From there, select your USB drive to boot from, and follow the on-screen instructions to install Windows. Remember, you'll need to grab all the necessary drivers from Valve's website to ensure everything works smoothly after the installation!

Actually, not sure why you'd want to switch to Windows on Steam Deck. Part of the magic is its custom SteamOS that's optimized for gaming!
I did this last week! It's not as hard as it sounds, just follow the online guides closely. The key for me was making sure I had all the drivers downloaded from Valve's site beforehand. Windows runs surprisingly well on it!
