How to Change Your Steam Download Location
ReplyingTheft路7 months agoEasy peasy! Just open Steam and head to 'Settings' -> 'Downloads' -> 'Steam Library Folders'. Here, you can add a new library folder in a different location on your hard drive. Once you've added the new location, you can right-click on any game in your Steam library, go to 'Properties', then the 'Local Files' tab, and select 'Move Install Folder' to your shiny new directory!

Honestly, just install everything on your SSD and call it a day. Faster load times for the win.
I actually tried moving my games around different drives because my C drive was getting crammed. Can confirm the first reply works like a charm. Adding a new folder and moving stuff is super easy in Steam, no tech wizardry required!
