To change your game mode in Subnautica, press F3 to open the debug menu, then press F8 to unlock your mouse and uncheck the 'Disable Console' option. After that, press Enter and type 'gamemode' followed by the mode you want: 'survival', 'freedom', 'hardcore', or 'creative'. For example, type `gamemode survival` and hit Enter.
