Changing the sudo password on your Steam Deck is just like on any other Linux system! Here's the quickest way: Open up the Terminal app from your Steam Deck's desktop mode, then type 'passwd' and hit enter. It'll prompt you to enter the current sudo password once and then the new password twice for confirmation. Easy peasy!

Honestly, just remember your password! But if you gotta change it, 'passwd' command in terminal is your friend. Just don't forget the new one!

No need to change the sudo password. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Plus, messing with sudo can lead to a whole heap of new problems if you're not careful.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
