Changing the targeting mode in GTA 5 is pretty straightforward but gotta be done in the right place. You can't change it mid-game, so you gotta do it from the main menu. Just hit 'Pause', go to 'Settings', then 'Controls', and you'll find the 'Targeting Mode' option. Here you can switch it up to your liking. Remember, it affects how you aim at the baddies, so choose wisely!
I remember the first time I tried to change the targeting mode; spent over an hour in-game wondering why it wouldn't let me. Turns out, you gotta be at the main menu or in story mode, not online. Also, different lobbies have different targeting settings, so that might lock you in. Found that out the hard way during a rather... heated session.
nah, just stick with whatever the game sets you up with. Changing it is a hassle and doesn't make that big a difference.
