To change the team leader in PUBG Mobile, have the current leader click on their character icon in the lobby screen, then select 'Transfer Leadership' and pick the new leader. Quick and easy!

Just press the current leader's avatar in the lobby, and select 'Make Leader' to change the leader. Done in seconds!

You can't change the team leader; you just have to remake the team.
