To change teams in MLB The Show 23, go to the main menu, select your profile, and then use the 'Request Trade' option if you're in Road to the Show. Good luck getting that trade, champ!

Changing teams in Franchise mode? Just go to the team options, and you should be able to switch. Done and done!
