While you can't change your name color in Roblox itself, you can use special ranks within groups to alter the color in certain group games. So join a group with custom rank colors if you want a splash of color!
Sorry to break it to you, but Roblox doesn't currently allow players to change the color of their username. Maybe one day though! Keep an eye out for updates.
