You can change the color of your PS4 controller's light bar through the settings in certain games. Not all games support this feature though, so your best bet is to dig through the game's settings menu.
If you're feeling crafty, you can swap out the controller's LED light yourself. Keep in mind that this will require some technical skill and may void your warranty.
