Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection > Custom > Manual for DNS. Easy peasy!
I've done this myself! You need to go to Settings, then Network, select Set Up Internet Connection. Choose your connection type (Wi-Fi or LAN), hit Custom, and when the DNS settings come up, switch to Manual. Enter your DNS numbers and you're good to go!
Honestly, the default DNS works fine for most people. Changing it might not give you that big of a boost.
Start at Settings, head to Network, and click Set Up Internet Connection. Choose the type (Wi-Fi or LAN), go Custom, and when you reach DNS Settings, select Manual. Enter your desired DNS numbers there.
