Just head over to your Facebook settings, go to the Contact section, and add a new email. Verify it, then remove the old one.
Settings > Settings & Privacy > Contact Info > Add New Email. Confirm and delete the old one. Done!
You can change your email by going to Settings and adding a new one under Contact Info. Make sure to verify it!
