Settings > Account Management > Account Info > Sign-In ID. Input your new email address and password. Done!

Just go to Settings, then Account Management, then Account Info, and change your email there. It's easy!

Check out the PS4's settings menu for an Account Management section. You can change your email from there. Simple!
