If you're looking to increase your gold in Undertale, you can grind for it by replaying battles and winning fights, or you could even sell items you don't need.

Use Cheat Engine! Download it, open Undertale, and search for the amount of gold you currently have. Then change it to whatever you want.

I used a program called UndertaleModTool to tweak my save file. Be careful with mods though, it could mess up your game.
