Just wanna say, if you're doing this to learn a new language, playing GTA 5 in that language is a fun way to practice. But yeah, settings menu for PC, and console language setting for Xbox/PlayStation.

Had to do this cuz I accidentally set mine to Spanish. If you're on PC, it's in the game's settings under 'Language'. On consoles, changing your system's language should do the trick. Worked for me!
