I've done this before, and it's a breeze! Head to your page, click 'Settings' in the top right, then 'Page Info' on the left. You'll see the option to edit your name there!
Log into your Facebook account, go to your page, and click 'Edit Page Info.' It's right up there, can't miss it!
Not sure why you would want to change the name, but if you must, navigate to 'Edit Page Info' under your page settings. Simple as that.
