Go to Settings > Personal Information > Contact Info. Remove the old number and add your new one. Done!
I've done it before鈥攊t鈥檚 super simple. Go to Facebook app > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Personal Information > Contact Info. Then just edit your phone number.
