Head to the MyCareer menu, go to Options/Quit, then Settings. You'll find 'Jersey Number' there—easy peasy!

Changing the jersey number in NBA 2K? Just go into MyCareer, hit Options, then Settings. Find 'Jersey Number' and you're good to go!
