The weather in GTA 5 isn't something you can change on a whim in the basic game settings, but you can definitely play around with it if you're using cheats! If you're on console, just hit up the sequence R2, X, L1, L1, L2, L2, L2, Square on the controller to cycle through different weather types. For PC, hit the tilde key (~) and type in 'MAKEITRAIN' to get the same effect. Remember, toggling cheats might disable achievements or trophies, so use them wisely!
