Changing the weather in GTA 5 is actually a breeze if you're not against a little bit of cheat code magic! All you have to do is bring up your character's cell phone, enter the cheat code 1-999-625-348-7246 (MAKE IT RAIN), and boom, the weather will cycle through its various states. Just remember, using cheats disables Achievements/Trophies for your current play session, so save beforehand if you’re hunting those achievements!
