Easiest way to switch to 150cc? On the race selection screen, there's a slide bar for CC—slide it to 150cc and you're set!

To switch to 150cc in Mario Kart Tour, pick any race, then change the CC level on the pre-race screen. Just tap the CC button and select 150cc. Zoom, zoom!
