Easy-peasy! Go to Settings > Graphics, then scroll down and change the 'Color Blind Mode' to 'Protanopia'. Enjoy your new purple blood splashes!

The purple blood effect is in the settings under Graphics. Change 'Color Blind Mode' to 'Protanopia'. Done.
