Simple stuff! Open Pokemon GO, tap the Pokeball at the bottom center, go to Settings (top right), scroll to 'Change Nickname,' and follow the prompts. You can only do this once, so choose wisely!

I'll be that guy: You can't change your trainer name more than once. Choose carefully!

Just did this last week! Head to Settings, find 'Change Nickname,' and you're golden. Remember, one-time deal!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
