If your account is under 13, you're gonna need a parent or guardian to contact Roblox support to change it. If you're over 13, you can edit your birthday in the account settings. Good luck!

I actually went through this. My account was under 13, so I had to get my parents to reach out to Roblox support. It took a few days, but they managed to get it updated.
