From my experience, you just need to have a Rename Card. Head to the 'Inventory' tab and use it to change your username. These cards can be found in events, the shop, or occasionally given for free!

Easy peasy! Go to the 'Inventory', use the 'Rename Card' to change your username. If you don鈥檛 have one, check the shop!
