Actually, you can't manually change it. The game updates the home screen based on new content or your recent interactions with skins. Kinda wish they'd let us customize it though.
No direct way to change it, sadly. The game decides for you based on updates or what you're browsing in-game. Fingers crossed they add more customization options in the future!
